All locations must follow the approved Box Grill design, layout, equipment and brand standards. Franchisees are responsible for funding the premises and fit-out. The franchisor can manage or coordinate the process through approved contractors and suppliers, or may approve a franchisee-appointed contractor provided the full specification is followed.
Support with platform applications, menu setup and launch preparation is provided. Activation is subject to each platform’s approval and timings.
