From A Food Van To A Growing Brand
The Box Grill began from a food van in 2023, serving premium sliced Angus steak and grilled favourites at an accessible price. Customer demand helped the business progress into its first permanent Box Grill location in 2024. In 2025, Stax was acquired and developed as a complementary brand that could operate alongside The Box Grill.
